Fuzja is a new urban space – friendly to life, work and rest.
About the Fuzja: The developer Echo Investment is building a housing estate on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory, consisting of 20 buildings for various purposes, 14 of which are adapted historical buildings – its heart will be a historic, Art Nouveau heat and power plant with a characteristic high chimney and a green square around it. Currently, the city square around the restored building of the heating plant and 2 buildings are already put into use, in one of them there is a Żabka market.
The project will consist of residential buildings with over 600 flats, as well as offices with a total area of approximately 40,000 sq m. sq m The historic buildings will also contain space for services, shops and restaurants. New city squares, common spaces and green areas are being built here, which will ultimately cover almost 4 ha.
The residents and users of Fuzja will be able to take advantage of numerous amenities, including car sharing services, bicycle paths, bicycle service stations, parcel lockers and electric chargers. All this will make Fuzja – a unique investment thought out in every detail, a unique place on the map of Łódź, attractive for residents and tourists.
