Bohema – a new district in Old Praga

BOHEMA – Strefa Praga is a unique urban project that is part of the revitalization program of the Praga district of Warsaw. It is made on the premises of the 19th century cosmetics factory Pollena on Szwedzka Street. Here, residential, commercial, office and cultural space merge to create a new quality of life. Residents will find here a lot of amenities and attractions that will add color to everyday life.

Residential buildings, offices, shops, cafes, service and entertainment points are built on an area of over four hectares, and the 19th-century factory building gains a new life. It will be a public space intended for artistic activity, such as concerts, performances and open-air cinema. Numerous squares of various character, a wide shopping avenue and a vast area around the chimney will soon make this place full of crowds.

The area of historical Prague inspires artists, you can find beautiful murals, stylish bistros, shops, galleries and music clubs here. In this popular area, there are numerous local shops, local bakeries, restaurants, and club-cafes.

INFORMATION FOR TENANTS:

The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with new household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, TV).
The apartments have large windows and loggias or private gardens.
Tenants conclude a contract for additional services, such as internet access and TV, directly with the media provider.
The cost of renting a parking space (optional) is PLN 100 / month, and a storage unit – PLN 50 / month.
We sign lease agreements for a minimum of 12 months. The maximum rental period is not specified. If you want to rent an apartment for a shorter period, please contact us.
The tenant pays for electricity according to consumption and any underpayments resulting from the consumption of water and heating (settled once a year based on settlements with the administration). The fee for waste disposal is settled on a semi-annual basis on the basis of the average monthly water consumption (in accordance with the resolution of the Council of the Capital City of Warsaw).
A one-month, refundable deposit is required.

The Szwedzka metro stop next to the estate (100 m). Tram stops at Stalowa Street, bus stop next to the building. Around the main communication arteries of the city – Al. Solidarności, Junction Żaba – provide quick access to many districts of the city.
